    The GUI is currently broken on the latest version. You'll have to use the text version for now; but I'm working on getting the GUI back up.

    I found one problem. I'm from Russia, and sorry for the poor English. The problem is that the plugin does not support the Russian language. If we use the quests on the plates, then everything works fine. But after installing the plugin text from NPC issued incorrectly. Can it be like that correct? Changing the encoding has not worked.

    Nope; You can fork off the plugin if you want to; I'm not even going to bother with the GUI stuff, other than getting it updated and to the latest. Because SpoutPlugin is being deprecated, I need to focus on other aspects of MineQuest.

    If i dont use Spout on my server then i cant use MineQuest-Citizens? Bcoz when i toggle npc, then i write questname in npcid.yml file. And when i tap on NPC nothing happened. When i write /mqnpc check NPCID then it show that npc gives a quest, but nothing else.

    That's weird. You can still use MQ-Citizens without Spout; I am doing that right now.

    Check the server log, maybe, for any errors when you punch the NPC?
    (You are left-clicking it, right?)

    Maybe bbut thats because its almost done and there may be a Bridge from Spoutplugin to Spout Server

    So Spout Server will be maybe released in 5/6 Months orlater
    and on Spout there is of course worked on ....
